Return and refund policy
Please note we do not take refunds or any exchanges on our orders and this also counts for our sale items.
Since the whole concept of our brand is not to over produce and focus on pre-orders, all orders are made with the right indication of measurement and fabrication. With every order every client has the freedom of personalizing the lengths, fabric and size, depending on each garment.
Returns will be considered if an item has been both unwashed and unworn in severe cases that has been discussed privately, but else, no return option available.
Refunds will be an option in upcoming years, but for now we trust and hope you understand.
