Every garment has their own Size Guide. And if not, all necessary measurements are given to add assistance to your final decision on your orders.

We are a slow fashion brand and all our orders will be taken as pre-ordered and made at request.
Orders will be delivered between 10-14 days from the date an item is placed.

Each item's production time will be different. Some items we have in stock and can ship right away, while others are produced only once orders are received. Our production time for items not in stock in the studio is about 10–14 working days due to the fact that we work on a pre-order basis for specific items. We only start the production of an item once the order is finalized. Please read the product description of the item you want to order. Under the product description, it will mention if the product will take 10–14 working days or not. 

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on our orders and this also counts for sale items. Returns will be considered if an item has been both unwashed and unworn in severe cases that has been discussed privately, but else, no return option available. 

Oh! My Griet packages are shipped via Courier Guy, Postnet to Postnet or Pudo. The standard lead time for these providers is 2-3 working days. Please keep in mind that Pudo's lead time can take +/- 5 working days. For the Postnet to Postnet option, please ensure that you insert the correct address for the receiving Postnet store. We will notify you via email when your package has been shipped, along with the tracking number.
